Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a remote or call center environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience using social media platforms to engage with customers and resolve issues
