Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

  • Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote sales environment or with a flexible work arrangement

  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with a focus on staying up-to-date with competitor activity and market developments
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages)
