Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, research, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with sales automation tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales or customer-facing role, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or customer service, such as HubSpot Inbound Sales or Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on sales data and trends
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
