Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with our product and service teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with our product and service teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible solutions
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with sales automation tools and platforms
