Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, research, and networking
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
