Job Summary
As an Experienced Remote Sales Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and tailored solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales planning, execution, and follow-up
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to stay informed and engaged
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment

- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g. HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification)

- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and act on sales metrics and trends
