Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication, issue resolution, and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and goals

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate complex technical information to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product/service

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as consultative selling and solution selling
