Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, tactics, and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a virtual sales setting

  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
