Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers. You will work closely with our sales team, product experts, and customer success managers to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities

  • Qualify and close new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product experts and customer success managers, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Utilize sales tools, such as CRM software and sales automation platforms, to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in sales tools, such as CRM software and sales automation platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a virtual sales setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as SPIN selling or Challenger Selling
  • Certification in sales, such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or a Certified Professional in Sales and Marketing (CPSM)
