Essential Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) - Experience with customer feedback and complaint resolution - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
