Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer operations, support, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience with customer feedback and sentiment analysis tools, such as Medallia or Qualtrics
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new features and enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience with customer success software, such as Gainsight or Totango
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
