Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Identify and escalate critical customer issues to senior team members or management

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue escalation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
