Job Summary

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a temporary opportunity, but it can lead to full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines
  • Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
