Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation, and performance reporting.

• Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Integrate new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD.
• Evaluate cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior.
• Use customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize supply chain processes.

What You Need to Succeed

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in go-to-market supply chain functions as a data analyst or IT functions.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT).
• English language - minimum B2 level as a must.
• Knowledge of Python and API as an advantage.
• Analytical skills, solution, and problem-solving mindset.
