Experienced Associate Customer Success Coordinator – Health Insurance and Medicare Plan Support

We're now seeking an experienced Associate Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

As an Associate Customer Success Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our Customer Success Team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming requests, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the Customer Success Team, including scheduling, preparing information, monitoring timelines, and attending meetings

  • Provide customer service via telephone, support tickets, and email, assisting with outbound customer communications as instructed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve support inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses on the status of requests
  • Coordinate with customers to gather additional information and manage inquiries through successful completion
  • Assist with data file collection, validation, and issue resolution
  • Assist with customer electronic enrollment files and export file implementation and issue resolution
  • Assist with data entry of client data, site configuration changes, and/or enrollment form configurations
  • Provide quality assurance on enrollment forms for clients, test data flows, data mapping, and check rates against PDF files
  • Perform quality assurance testing of site configurations and client data
  • Create and maintain documentation of current and future processes, develop testing cases, and testing scripts
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide product support and issue resolution
  • Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform data entry of client data
  • Perform other customer service or administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)

  • Experience working directly with customers in a client service capacity
  • Experience in using software reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

* Medicare/Insurance/Health Care knowledge (a plus, but not required)

  • Success working in a team environment
  • Prioritization savvy – ability to determine appropriate priorities, responsive to urgent requests, and ability to escalate as appropriate
