Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
* Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
