The Team

Our Customer Success department is the heartbeat of arenaflex, and we're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and empowering small businesses to succeed. Our team is humble, supportive, and genuinely cares about making sure our customers are successful in arenaflex.

The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing award-winning customer service to our hundreds of thousands of users. You will work with our customers through live chat, phone, or email to assist them in understanding our platform, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to their problems. Your role will directly impact the lives of our entrepreneurs who rely on arenaflex to run their businesses, and we take this responsibility seriously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers through live chat, phone, or email

  • Troubleshoot issues or problem-solve questions that customers may have about our platform, features, or workflows
  • Maintain high channel productivity across our different mediums
  • Serve as a liaison for customer feedback to our product and technical teams
  • Build a knowledge base of FAQs and document all feedback and recommendations from our customers to help shape future decisions

  • You should be resilient in the face of adversity, with the ability to overcome challenges and learn from them for next time
  • You must be confident with technology, with the ability to touch type and navigate cloud-based software

The Interview Process:

  • Step 3: Team interviews! You'll have two interviews with your potential team leader and peers to dig into your previous experience and performance, as well as to see your skill set in action in a Customer Support role play.
  • Step 4: Senior leadership interview! A member of our Leadership Team will finish off the conversations – ensuring we're building a team centered around our values, goals, and mission.
