Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing and responding to customer emails, handling customer calls, and utilizing Live Chat for real-time problem solving. Your contribution will make a tangible difference in our customer's journey, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and respond to customer emails daily, providing solutions and answers to any order-related questions or concerns.

  • Handle 30-45 customer calls per day, assisting with inquiries ranging from order tracking to resolving package errors.
  • Utilize Live Chat for real-time problem solving, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor when necessary, acting as the initial point of contact for our company.
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage customers positively over the phone and in writing.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively and promptly.
  • A commitment to professionalism and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in a phone-based or call center role is highly regarded.
