Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Amazon Seller Management and Business Development

The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Seller Management and Business Development team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with our Retail and Seller Services teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success of our sellers

• Collaborate with the Retail Group to oversee merchant relationships and ensure that seller needs are met on the Amazon platform
• Build and maintain strong communication channels with sellers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear status updates and progress towards business goals
• Develop and execute on essential record plans that drive business growth and meet key KPIs for sellers and Amazon
• Work with internal Amazon groups and sellers to improve functional aspects of their business and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Lead in-depth analysis of issues affecting sellers and develop proposals and action plans to improve seller experience
• Provide thought leadership around planning, guidance, and execution
• Establish long-term relationships with key merchant partners and support the launch of new projects, classes, and features
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews with sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans
• Metric influencing – understand measurements and make reasonable estimates, and respond quickly with new action plans

We're Looking for Someone Who

* Has a strong background in data analysis, business development, or a related field

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development in managing B2B business
• Demonstrates strong presentation skills, ability to offer viewpoints consistently and concisely, and exhibited undivided attention abilities
• Has experience with data analysis – ability to gather, clean, interpret, challenge, and question data and provide solutions
• Has impacting abilities – metric impacting: ability to grasp a measurement and make reasonable estimates
• Can work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and accountability of achieving business goals
• Can foster unique ideas, approaches, and solutions for average, surprising, or tough spots or issues
• Can work in groups and eventually focus on delivering results with high standards

Nice to Have

* Experience in retail purchasing, retail planning, and portion, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce

• Understanding of and enthusiasm for e-commerce
• Advanced analytical skills
