Experienced Customer Success Associate – Temporary, Part Time (Saturday/Sunday/Monday, AM Shift 9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Role Responsibilities As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line * Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met * Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day Expected Hours and Shift The expected hours for this role are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in the AM Shift (9 AM - 5 PM EST). Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a temporary, part-time employee, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.
