What You Will Do
As a German Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
* Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
* Offering recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in German language (C1-C2 level)
* Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
* Tech savvy
* Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written)
* Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and passionately communicative
