Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone to customers navigating their home-buying journey
* Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey
* Utilizing scripts and tools to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience
* Assigning leads to the right partner agents or teams to ensure seamless support
* Troubleshooting questions or concerns with clarity and care, and flagging issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed
* Participating in additional tasks to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently
The Role
* Hourly Pay: $16 USD/hour
* Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
* Duration: 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension
* Schedule: Shifts available between 7 AM – 7 PM US Central Time
* Location: Remote, USA only
* Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
* 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
* Internet speed of at least 50Mbps to make video and VoIP calls
* High School diploma or equivalent

If you have experience in the following areas, you will be at an advantage:
* Experience using help desk software and remote support platforms
* Google Workspace familiarity
* Experience with high-volume call environments
* Basic real estate knowledge
* B2B customer support
