Your Weekend Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat and email tickets through our online platform, providing calm, efficient, and helpful support to our subscribers.
• Assist users with password resets, billing corrections, product questions, and upgrades, using prewritten scripts and escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and ticket tags after each chat, ensuring that all conversations are documented and easily accessible.
• Keep every conversation polite, helpful, and clear, providing a positive experience for our subscribers.
