Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the right medications in a timely manner. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and research customer complaints to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Make outbound calls to doctors' offices or clients as necessary to resolve cases
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet daily task handling targets and quality, productivity standards
- Demonstrate analytical capabilities and adapt to changes in processes and updates
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure satisfactory audit ratings
Requirements
* 12+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in processes and updates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and sign a service agreement as per company norms
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Positive "Can do" attitude and commitment to succeed in a challenging work environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Operations
- Good proficiency in English language
- Computer literate with ability to work with different programs and screens
- Exposure to business domain an added advantage
- Excellent grasping powers and ability to understand various processes
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
