We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:- Assist customers with their accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise
- Assist customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time, achieving Quality Assurance goals, and adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Prior call center experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization
- Active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
- Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
