Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Lending Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing excellent customer service to prospective customers and building rapport quickly.
  • Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry.
  • Identifying customer's goals and objectives.
  • Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to handle high volume phone calls and various rebuttals, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High School Degree or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

* Base pay is one part of our total compensation package for Customer Lending Representatives. The base hourly rate for this role is $17/hour, with a monthly bonus incentive.
