Responsibilities:

As a Collections and Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Proactively manage collection processes and provide support to clients via phone or digital channels, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
  • Offer personalized assistance to clients regarding their payment plans, due dates, and financial obligations, always seeking a constructive resolution.
  • Support clients in understanding and navigating their credit status, promoting financial responsibility while aligning with company policies.
  • Document all interactions in CRM or ticketing platforms to ensure proper follow-up and case tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and effective solutions to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education:

You must be a graduate from one of the following universities: + Universidad Católica Andrés Bello + Universidad Metropolitana + Universidad Monteávila

Preferred Degrees:

Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Law

Skills:

+ Basic understanding of consumer credit and financial products + Strong communication and negotiation skills for collections and customer service + Experience using CRM systems, ticketing, or case-tracking tools + Good command of Excel (basic to intermediate level)

Certifications:

None required, but a copy of your university degree must be submitted to complete the process.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in resolving complex customer issues and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
