Your Responsibilities
As a Manager of Customer Service, you will lead and support a team of 8-10 global OPMs on daily operational tasks and projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring adherence to global business processes and strategies
* Supporting daily order handling, purchasing, import/export, and order escalation activities
* Driving excellence in delivery with rapid escalation actions and establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Defining, communicating, and managing client standards and changes, and participating in sales reviews and proposal development
* Clear management of the escalation process to ensure a high level of delivery reliability is adhered to
* Reviewing and addressing inventory, safety stock, consignment, logistics, and customs issues
* Providing internal training on sales systems and organizing customer workshops
* Regularly reporting on order processing, inventory, and operational performance, and executing strategic initiatives to align departmental objectives with company goals
What Will Convince Us
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* An academic degree in the field of business administration or a related field, or high school or trade school and 6+ years of order processing management experience
* 3+ years of order processing management experience required
* 2+ years of leadership and team management experience
* Strong track record in global project management, with a hands-on mentality, sense of urgency, and focus on driving tasks to completion
* Excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels and functions
* High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
* Progressive attitude towards change and a passion for continuous improvement
* Analytical mindset, self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented – able to perform under pressure
* Solid proficiency in common business software applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce
* Strong working knowledge of SAP (S/4 Hana)
* Ability to travel internationally (estimated once per quarter)

Compensation
The base salary for this position will be between $85,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
