Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our New Philadelphia branch. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving business growth through sales and referrals. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
