Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide document review and data support to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize standard scripts and established guidelines to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Gather necessary information to update databases and escalate issues to senior levels as needed
• Explain company policies to customers and provide specialized information in a warm and empathetic manner
• Perform routine call center activities, including business product and service support
• Expand skills within analytical or operational processes and maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent level of education

• Ability to submit to a pre-employment screening and drug test
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Proficient use of MS Office, including Word and Outlook
• Customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• Experience working with medical insurance, Medicaid, or pharmacy benefits (preferred)

Preferred Skills and Experience

* 24/7 phone coverage for partners and handling inquiries

• Assessing calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution
• Identifying customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case
• Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services
• Using standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs
• Providing customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner
• Gathers all necessary information to update the database
• Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns
• Explains company policies to customers
• Expand skills within an analytical or operational process and maintain appropriate license, training, and certifications
• Apply experience and skills to complete assigned work
• Works within established procedures, practices, and with a moderate degree of supervision
• Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills to complete assignments and in some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or the equivalent experience
