Experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist – Web & Cloud Application Development (LATAM)

And we're looking for a talented Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team fully remote from any location in Latin America or the Caribbean!
About the Role
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers in the LATAM region. You'll use your technical expertise to provide top-notch support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service. You'll assist our customers in connecting arenaflex with the main reservation platforms integrated with our software, such as Airbnb, and take the initiative to find the root cause and solve issues whenever possible.
How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing guidance to users on different connection types
- Proactively troubleshooting complex technical issues with clients related to our platform integrations
- Taking appropriate action and guiding customers to resolve their issues
- Responding to requests for assistance via email, tickets, or chats
- Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high satisfaction
- Maintaining strong client relationships through phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing support
- Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit?
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Patience, attention to detail, and strong logical thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Eagerness to learn about technology
- Availability to work in weekends
