Meet Your Team

Our Customer Success team at arenaflex strives to deliver value to vendors throughout the partnership lifecycle, starting from setting up every partnership for success all the way to long-term growth. We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions. With arenaflex AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a vendor's system within seconds, allowing them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Success Working Student, you'll support our team in the following key responsibilities:

• Support our Customer Success managers with the analysis of vendor data and ensure this gets correctly translated into the arenaflex AI user interface
• Train our arenaflex AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels
• Provide our AI model with perfect order examples to accelerate the learning process
• Own the arenaflex AI performance post-launch and calibrate AI learning accordingly

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student with a strong passion for data entry, language skills, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Native German speaker with fluency in English required
• Data Entry Pro - You are a master of data entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task
• Language Skills - Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Detail-Oriented - If you take pride in high standards and enjoy the satisfaction of completing repetitive tasks, we want you on our team
• Clear and Efficient Communicator - Your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will help streamline our processes and enhance team collaboration
• GSuite Pro - Leverage your proficiency in GSuite, especially Google Sheets, to organize, analyze, and present data effectively
• Team-First Attitude - We value humility and team-first mentality, your collaborative spirit will be a vital asset to our team
• Hospitality/F&B Experience Welcomed - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, bringing valuable insights and customer-focused skills
