As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be part of our Customers for Life (C4L) organization, which sets the standard for exceptional customer experience. From the first touchpoint to the last use case, we strive to enable seamless data transactions for every organization worldwide. The Role As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll own the customer relationship with some of our most strategic customers and prospects, acting as their advocate and driving product engagement and revenue growth. You'll work closely with our "deconstructed" sales team to nurture prospects and ensure a smooth transition to customers. Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field * Proven track record of expanding customer adoption and growing revenue * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities * Familiarity with sales processes and a willingness to work closely with prospects and customers * Ability to design and present business reviews and strategic success plans * Quick learning skills, comfortable asking questions, and a willingness to become a product expert

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with API-first platforms and data exchange solutions * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Experience working in a cloud-based environment * Certification in Customer Success or a related field * Experience working with Mode, Rocketlane, Front, Slack, and Notion
