The Role
As an Experienced Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of our founding Customer Success team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth and retention for our SMB and mid-market customers. You'll act as the connective tissue between our customers and internal teams, shaping how we deliver value and helping evolve the product through deep customer insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard new customers like a pro, ensuring a smooth ramp and quick path to value
- Drive product adoption at scale, using data to proactively identify and engage customers and help them unlock key features
- Own account health, tracking usage to detect risk and balancing higher-touch engagements with a scaled approach
- Solve problems fast, jumping in to support users when issues arise and coordinating with technical teams as needed
- Systematize what works, helping design and refine a scalable approach to Customer Success that supports thousands of users
- Champion the customer voice, surfacing key trends and collaborating with Product and Sales to shape the roadmap and sharpen GTM messaging
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, we believe the ideal candidate will bring:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or similar
- A passion for meeting new people and spreading energy through their approach
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to customers and make them feel like they're embarking on a journey with a partner
- A love for experimenting and trying new ideas without fear of iterating and failing
- A strong brand identity, with a focus on intelligence, low-BS, authenticity, and customer orientation
