About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of our small to medium-sized customers, ensuring their success through adoption and goal achievement. You'll develop account strategies with our Sales team, identifying growth opportunities, and deliver cross-functional success. You'll also develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers, optimizing product usage, and addressing customer challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of arenaflex customers, ensuring their success through adoption and goal achievement
  • Developing account strategies with Sales, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering cross-functional success
  • Developing deep relationships with key stakeholders and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers, optimizing product usage, and addressing customer challenges
  • Overseeing renewals, identifying risks/opportunities, troubleshooting issues, and assessing customer health using metrics and usage stats
  • Mentoring Customer Success Executives, leading internal projects, and promoting arenaflex's industry leadership

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in the construction sector, particularly within civil infrastructure, is highly desirable, but candidates with strong customer success backgrounds from other industries are also encouraged to apply and can thrive in this role with the right mindset and adaptability
  • Demonstrated success in customer success or project management roles, consistently delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support, to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Adaptable and creative mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions to complex challenges, passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Familiarity with productivity and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Intercom is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven to take initiative, ensuring customers achieve their goals and derive maximum value from arenaflex's platform
