Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Architect at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to partner with our largest customers to support their adoption and realization of value from our AI writing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Customer Success and Sales Teams: Collaborate with our customer success and sales teams to scope use-cases that require customized solutions, validate technical feasibility, and own the implementation process.
- Scoping Customer Business and Technical Needs: Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, including quantifying existing problems, understanding their tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points.
- Creating Custom Templates and Deploying Knowledge Graph Capabilities: Own the creation of custom templates, deployment of our Knowledge Graph capabilities, and act as the technical resource for customers to leverage our APIs.
- Communicating Limitations and Proposing Solutions: Communicate limitations and propose solutions, including their scope, resource needs, and projected timelines.
- Developing and Maintaining Deep Understanding of Writer Solutions: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Writer solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, as well as our customers' ecosystems to offer prescriptive solution recommendations.
- Working Closely with Engineering: Work closely with our Engineering team to QA the outputs from the implementation, calibrate, and iterate until we have an optimal output.
- Developing New Processes and Systems: Develop new processes, systems, and workflows to reduce time to value for our customers.
- Ensuring Collateral, Documentation, and Processes: Ensure we have collateral, documentation, and processes to support our customers in their technical integration needs.
- Communicating the Voice of the Customer: Communicate the voice of the customer back to our Product and Engineering teams to inform relevant enhancements to our product.
Is This You?
We're looking for a seasoned technical professional with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results. If you have:
5+ years of technical roles in SaaS
, including 3+ years of experience in solutions architect or technical account management roles
Experience managing a customer book of business

Experience working with Fortune 500 customers
for a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering
(a huge plus!)
Experience working with APIs

Nice-to-have: Python chops

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
, with the ability to take complex technical concepts and translate them to practical business language for non-technical audiences
Highly versatile
