Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Tokyo. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving innovation, and ensuring customer success in the deployment and adoption of arenaflex's Cloud HPC solutions. You will work closely with our customers, engineers, and sales teams to understand customer needs, provide technical guidance, and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing technical guidance, support, and training to customers on arenaflex's Cloud HPC solutions

• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, goals, and objectives, and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements
• Collaborate with arenaflex's engineering and sales teams to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Cloud HPC, AI, and data analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and customer success
• Participate in sales calls, demos, and presentations to showcase arenaflex's Cloud HPC solutions and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, case studies, and success stories to showcase customer success and arenaflex's expertise in Cloud HPC

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, customer success, or solution engineering, with a strong background in Cloud HPC, AI, and data analytics
• Strong technical skills in Cloud HPC, AI, and data analytics, including experience with HPC systems, job schedulers, and scripting languages
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and partners
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Experience with sales force automation tools, CRM systems, and other sales and marketing technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Experience with Cloud HPC platforms, such as Rescale, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as AWS IAM or Azure AD
