About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests. Your primary objective will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide feedback on processes to achieve funding growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Address inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, including online application process, lease agreement, payments, and other general customer inquiries from approved applicants finalizing transactions to get equipment from participating dealers/vendors
- Work with our vendors to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices
- Consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their account
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to end-users (business owners)
- Provide feedback/suggestions on processes employed by the team to achieve funding growth
- Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate prospect notes
- Other duties may be assigned as needed

What Will Make You Stand Out:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound B2B/B2C Sales
- At least 1 year of experience in the Call Center industry
- Financial Services and/or leasing experience
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM software
