Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. You'll develop and nurture strong customer relationships, deliver outstanding service, and provide creative resolutions to complex issues. If you're an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented problem solver, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Offer creative resolutions to complex issues, connecting customers with the right products and services for their needs
  • Support customers with service orders and billing analysis, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Utilize strong telecommunications skills to balance multiple, complex, and time-sensitive duties
  • Experience in dealing with challenging interpersonal situations, using flexibility to create positive change
  • Strong face-to-face, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience diffusing difficult customer situations, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved

Required Experience & Knowledge

* Two years of experience in direct or related industry

  • Associate degree in business or a combination of education and experience
  • Interact with complex database and management systems supporting customers
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and data management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving skills, with experience improving processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
