Mission-Driven Customer Success Manager Wanted
We're seeking a mission-driven Customer Success Manager to lead strategic account engagement across our U.S. Public Sector portfolio, with a focus on the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC). Key Responsibilities
As the primary post-sale interface for our defense and IC partners, you will ensure successful onboarding, operational adoption, renewal, and expansion of arenaflex's platforms across secure and classified environments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the strategic advisor and engagement lead for arenaflex's defense and intelligence customers
- Driving onboarding, training, and mission-specific configuration of arenflex's platforms (Maritime, Risk, Metal Flows, Commodity Intelligence)
- Translating mission requirements into technical use cases and working with product/engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Partnering with customer leadership, analysts, procurement officers, and program managers to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities
- Tracking KPIs and adoption metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and value delivery
- Providing customer feedback into product roadmaps, especially around air-gapped delivery, secure API integrations, and data sovereignty
- Supporting BD and sales leadership with renewals, recompetes, and customer briefings
- Representing arenaflex at classified forums, working groups, and trade events
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- 5–10 years of experience supporting or working within the U.S. DoD, Intelligence Community, or a federal defense contractor
- Strong understanding of the public sector procurement cycle, especially as it relates to software, SaaS, and mission support solutions
- Experience with logistics, ISR, MDA, GEOINT, or supply chain operations
- Proven success in a customer-facing, client management, or account director role
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical products into mission impact narratives
- Familiarity with federal environments (e.g., JWICS, IC ITE, SIPRNet, FedRAMP/IL5)
Nice to Have (Qualifications)
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Prior service in intelligence, operations, acquisition, or logistics commands (e.g., DIA, NGA, DLA, Army G-2, Naval Intelligence, COCOMs)
- Experience working with APIs, GEOINT platforms, or maritime/trade datasets
- Knowledge of critical mineral sourcing, global commodity supply chains, or maritime security
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (CMMC, ITAR, Section 232, CAATSA)
