Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing world-class customer service to our corporate clients, individual customers, and driver partners via Live Chat channel
- Handling, investigating, and providing solutions to customer inquiries
- Attending to and educating customers on their inquiries to ensure first contact resolution
- Interacting with our Driver Operations & Finance team on a regular basis
- Recording details of inquiries, comments, or complaints
- Providing support to our users and drivers by answering their questions in a proactive, clear, and efficient way using the right methods/tools

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service/contact center/BPO and handling Live Chat
- Proficient and confident when communicating in English (both verbal and written)
- Experienced in telco, ecommerce, or tech line of business is preferred
- Computer literacy; familiar with Google, spreadsheets, instant messaging
- Willing to work in shifts (early morning, public holiday) and be flexible
- This position is a temporary 3-month contract employment
