As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and requests, via phone, email, and chat
  • Supporting frontline CS operation teams to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer service
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working cross-functionally with other teams as needed
  • Producing accurate reports, identifying root causes, and coming up with relevant action plans to address the gaps in relation to the team, department KPIs, and service quality standards
  • Completing ad-hoc assignments from the CX Functional team
  • Initiating projects that will help improve customer satisfaction and address business requirements (ABR, contact ratio, etc.)

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills in both Arabic and basic communication in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
