The Customer Success Team at arenaflex

The Customer Success Team at arenaflex is responsible for ensuring the long-term engagement and satisfaction of our users. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of this team and will be responsible for the adoption and satisfaction of our solutions among healthcare professionals in private hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the adoption of arenaflex solutions: You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation and training of our solutions, onboarding high-priority clients, defining and tracking post-deployment success metrics, and monitoring pilot projects for new products.
  • Ensuring client usage and satisfaction: You will analyze usage metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, build scalable action plans to maximize value, conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, design targeted engagement campaigns to optimize adoption, organize webinars, create supporting content, detect and prevent churn risks, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Impact and cross-functional collaboration: You will maintain and improve team processes, ensure synergies with CSMs for public hospitals, business, and support teams, document and share client use cases internally, and enrich the product roadmap with feedback from the field.

The Profile We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager with:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, project management, or consulting
  • Experience in a SaaS startup or healthcare sector is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with monitoring and data analysis tools
  • Excellent client analysis and advisory skills
  • Ability to structure customer support processes
  • Strong portfolio management and project leadership skills
  • Excellent writing and synthesis skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies
