Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing our customers and channel partners, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth through increased share of wallet and reduced customer churn. Your primary objectives will include:
- Onboarding new customers and channel partners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints, and working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to improve the product and customer experience
- Monitoring and tracking customer and channel partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Establishing clear client retention goals and developing strategies to achieve them
- Serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers, fostering positive business relationships and driving long-term loyalty
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record (2+ years) of success as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and fintech solutions
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with medical professionals, customers, and channel partners
- Experience in managing and working with a diverse group of stakeholders and customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to thrive in an unstructured start-up environment, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with medical professionals and other stakeholders
- Expert-level time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle and frequently re-prioritize a high volume of tasks
- A collaborative spirit, with a transparent and open approach to work, output, and decision-making
- A passion for creative thinking and bold ideas for growing the business and enhancing customer experience

Additional Information
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80k - $100k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
