Your Mission
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our new customers in the DACH market. With your extensive experience in customer-facing roles, you'll build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer support, deepen your knowledge of our products and features, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring a great experience for our customers
- Assist new customers in getting started with arenaflex, while also providing best-practice tips to existing customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, turning challenging situations into positive experiences
- Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and goals, and supporting them in achieving success with arenaflex
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services
We're Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in navigation and usage of platforms and processes
- Minimum 6 months of experience in remote troubleshooting for hardware or software issues
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, product updates, and systems, and explain them in detail to end-users
- Experience in escalating customer issues to internal teams
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills
