Experienced Full Stack Cloud Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure Development and Optimization

As a Customer Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their platform engineering journey, leveraging arenaflex's cutting-edge Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools to design, build, and optimize scalable, cloud-native IDPs.

The Role
As a Customer Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure, you'll work closely with customers across Europe, Asia, and Oceania to assess their platform and infrastructure needs, design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using arenaflex's Platform Orchestrator, and troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). You'll also work with IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi, deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement, lead technical discussions and present solution architectures, collaborate with product and engineering to improve our offerings, and represent arenaflex at industry events and community meetups.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs
- Design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using arenaflex's Platform Orchestrator
- Troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Work with IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi
- Deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement
- Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve our offerings
- Represent arenaflex at industry events and community meetups
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi)
- Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (CI/CD, observability, networking, security)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Based in CET ±1 timezone; occasional travel
