Job Description

We're seeking an experienced customer service agent to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information to customers and answer questions about our offerings
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a global or international environment, with knowledge of different cultures and customs

  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Finnish, and Swedish
  • Experience working in a data-driven or analytics environment, with knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
