What you will do

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager – Europe Region, you will be responsible for providing complete support to our European customers for value realization, solution engineering, and product adoption. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive product adoption: Help customers achieve their business outcomes and realize value by building Success Plans.
  • Develop intimate understanding: Conduct health checks to understand your customers' businesses and develop a network of champions within each account through education, coaching, and strong influencing skills.
  • Represent as a trusted advisor: Advocate and market thought leader/subject-matter-expert, conduct regular executive business reviews, and collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Be an expert on trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics, and enlighten our customers with insights gleaned from their own data and industry trends.
  • Ensure maximum value: Ensure customers get maximum value from arenaflex by leveraging full platform functionality, and liaison between your customers and all the internal teams.
  • Handle customer concerns: Handle customer concerns with confidence, putting them at ease.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation in B.E (Any stream) / B.Sc (IT): A degree in a relevant field is essential.
  • 5-8 years of experience: Overall experience with 2-3 years as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager is required.
  • Strong technical aptitude: You should have a solid understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate them effectively to customers.
  • Ability to speak fluently in English: Fluency in English is a must, as you will be interacting with customers and internal teams across the globe.
  • Experience in SaaS / MarTech: Experience in SaaS or MarTech is a plus, as you will be working with customers in these industries.
  • Currently working in night shift: Experience working in a night shift is a plus, as you will be supporting European customers.
  • Have worked with clients across Europe: Experience working with clients across Europe is a plus, as you will be supporting European customers.

Good to have

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are desirable:

  • Ability to speak multiple languages: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as you will be interacting with customers and internal teams across the globe.
  • Experience in customer success management: Experience in customer success management is a plus, as you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our European clients.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services: Knowledge of arenaflex products and services is a plus, as you will be working closely with customers to implement and optimize our solutions.

Who you will report to

You will report to the Associate Director, Customer Success, who will provide guidance and support in your role.

Measures of Success

Your success in this role will be measured by:

  • Retention Rates: Client renewal and churn rates.
  • Product Adoption: Depth and breadth of platform features utilized by clients.
  • ROI Performance: Effectiveness of client campaigns / Engagement executed using our platform.
  • Client Satisfaction: Measured through Net Promoter Score, Case studies published & feedback.
  • Expansion: Measured through upsell & cross-sell of our platform.
