Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their orders, reassign transactions, and make modifications for fulfillment rate purposes.
- Handle and resolve complaints from drivers and users in a thoughtful and professional manner.
- Submit tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged or missing items, undelivered orders, and other issues.
- Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
What We Seek:
- A passionate customer service professional who is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and drivers.
- A dedicated customer service representative who is willing to work on assigned shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Someone who is amenable to working onsite at our Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) location.
What You'll Need:
- Experience in handling voice and chat channels, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- For chat experience, agents should have handled multiple concurrencies and assisted customers with ease.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our PITX location.
