About the Role
As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, technical coordination, and process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and excellence. Responsibilities
As a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via email, responding to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy, and troubleshooting user issues to guide them toward resolution
- Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Serving as a liaison between the support and technical teams, facilitating team discussions, meetings, and hand-offs through Discord
- Tracking and communicating user-reported bugs, feedback, and feature requests to ensure timely resolution and improvement
- Processing improvement and documentation, creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and internal guides to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Identifying gaps in existing processes and suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensuring updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
- Leadership and team collaboration (preferred): leading initiatives or small teams to improve operational efficiency, mentoring new team members, and sharing best practices to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and issues clearly and concisely
- Experience in customer service or helpdesk environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction
- Familiarity with Discord and other collaboration tools, with the ability to create and update internal documentation and processes
- Ability to create and update internal documentation, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Proven track record of cross-functional coordination, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Leadership experience is a bonus, but not required – we're looking for individuals who are passionate about process improvement and customer success
